Not because I bake these Shanghai Mooncakes but because I found @bakewithyen 🤭 Its super simple to bake Shanghai Mooncake with these premix ingredients, even @heiley could have done it 😆 It was also fun to do, now I can gift these lovely Shanghai Mooncake to family & friends this Mid Autumn Festival! FYI, it is best recommended to use 50gm dough & 45gm paste for each mooncake to fit best in the Bake With Yen’s decorative box! 🥰
